The Jain University Hostels, located in the Global Campus are preferred residential option for students. aMhithi – ‘the gift of life’
This is the annual voluntary blood donation camp that the SET organizes. The beneficiaries being Nimhans and Kidwai institute of Oncology. Today when the world faces a shortage of blood in times of emergency, SET has risen to the need and is serving the society. The excitement among students to be a part of such a noble cause is also thought provoking.

INFINITY – ‘the endless’
This is one part of the year when Jain Global Campus comes alive like never before. The reason! One solitary mysterious and enigmatic symbol…… INFINITY. The annual intra college cultural festival serves as a cup of Joe for the students and faculty alike, a break from the daily rigors. The excitement was palpable asthe cliché”to go the extra mile“became a reality. The three day mega in-house event is contested branch wise with events catering to cultural, technical and management.

DHRISTI – a different vision
Exuberance, vibrancy, sheer joy and all of that – Dhristi is the annual day of the college. This sets the plethora for display of the best talents of that year on stage and also becomes the right occasion to reward them. Food Fest
Once in a while you come by a special week where everything just seems right and there is no social norm to be followed. Every one breaks out of their well-defined circle of friends. Everyone looks so beautiful because oftheir extra effort tolookso. Well this is one week through joy and total entertainmentwhen students get to taste cuisines of all different states of the country and become part of the extravagant costume party every evening of that week. The faculty and the students dress themselves in types of great and odd costumes with each one trying to get some limelight.

Mr. A. S. Mohammed Abdul Athick working as Asst. Prof. in Dept. of Civil Engineering secured 1st Rank with Gold Medal in M.Tech. Remote Sensing & GIS from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in November 2010. The M.Tech course is a collaborative course between DRDO-BU CLS and DRDO SASE, Chandigadh.

The Aero Modeling team of Techo Sapiens secured 3rd position in the event ‘SWATKATS’ held during Quark 2010, the National Innovation Festival of BITS Pilani, Goa Campus from 5th to 8th February 2010.
A team of 25 students of Techo Sapiens took part in Asia’s biggest Technical festival, TECHFEST, 2010 at IIT Bombay. Four teams achieved certificate of excellence. This was an excellent opportunity as the students competed with some of the best talents across the continent
A team of 5 students of Techno Sapiens took part in IIT Kanpur technical festival, ‘TECHKRITI’ for the event Robowars. The team performed exceptionally well and qualified among the top 10 teams
The Theatre Team of ADVAYA won all appreciation for the exceptional performance at the grand finale of ‘ABHINAYA’ the National Level Theatre Festival organized by Centre for Management Studies, Jain University. The Team won an award for Best Lighting and Prajwal Gowda won the Best Supporting Actor award

Vivek N S, 8th semester Information Science presented his paper titled “A Dictionary linked optical Character Recognition System for Type-written Kannada Documents” under the guidance of Mr. Santhosh Naik from the dept of ISE at the International Conference of Computing, Communication and Information technology Applications (CCITA-2010) organized by VLBJCET, Coimbatore from 21st to 23rd January 2010.
The E-Cell, E-Genisis organized two day intercollege event called ‘GENELEO’.  About 150 students from more than 10 colleges across Karnataka participated and event was a great success
